Ernie Pancsofar has worked as a public school teacher, residential support person, advocate, and teacher trainer for individuals with developmental disabilities. His primary interests include employment, due process and instructional strategies for individuals with disabilities. Recent publications and in-service presentations center on facilitating the decision making process for person centered planning.
